| Construction Project Manager | Minimum of five years experience managing commercial CM projects greater than $5 million dollars that included pre-construction and GMP development required. BCN degree preferred. Must be highly skilled in all construction related computer software, and possess outstanding personal communication skills. Duties will include assistance with the coordination of bid package development, scheduling, bid openings, shop drawing reviews, and various construction phase activities.
